McALLEN - Hello again everybody.
I just got into the pressbox at Veterans Memorial Stadium and saw the legendary Pikey Rodriguez. It’s always nice to see Pikey.
What isn’t as nice to see is the 38-row trek up the concrete mass that is this stadium. Luckily, I wore a nice pair of loafers. They have much better traction than my Roos, which were ruined yesterday.
If this game allows (i.e. a blowout), I’m going to start writing my gamer as early as possible so I can get to Donna as quickly as I can. So, if the blog isn’t updated, you’ll know why.
I planned my attire for today horribly. Why am I wearing a blue dress shirt with a red tee?
